Slings, load-handling devices, and lifting equipment must be inspected by a qualified professional at least once a year in accordance with the accident prevention regulations DGUV Rule 100-500 (formerly BGR 500).
For YOUR safety and so that YOU can provide proof of regular inspections, we offer our mobile inspection service.
We would be happy to provide you with a non-binding quote. Upon request, we can offer you a maintenance contract to ensure you don’t miss inspection appointments.

SCOPE OF TESTING:
- Inventory, recording, and numbering.
- Visual inspection: Determination of external defects.
- Dimensional inspection: Re-measurement of chain links, hooks, connecting bolts, etc.
- Crack testing: Examination of chain slings for cracks using an electromagnetic crack testing device.
- Load testing: Loading of lifting equipment with up to 50% overload on the test bench.
- Repair: Replacement of defective parts.
- Certificate: Issuance of a test certificate as proof of regular inspections.
