PU-Coated Lifting Slings with Loops – 2-Ply
PU-coated lifting slings are particularly suitable for lifting operations where high load capacity and additional protection of the sling are required. HZT Hebe & Zurrtechnik supplies 2-ply polyester lifting slings with loops and a durable PU coating – available with a coating on one or both sides and manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1.
The resistant PU coating provides additional protection for the lifting sling in demanding industrial applications. The slings feature a reinforced eye and are manufactured with a safety factor of 7:1.
Depending on the application, working load limits from 1 to 10 tonnes and various webbing widths are available. Require a different length or working load limit? HZT can also supply configurations tailored to your individual requirements.
PU Coating on One or Both Sides
Lifting requirements can vary considerably from one application to another. We therefore offer both lifting slings with a single-sided PU coating and lifting slings with PU coating on both sides. This allows the appropriate sling configuration to be selected for the specific operating conditions.
