Lifting Slings with Fittings – 2-Ply for Safe Lifting

2-ply lifting slings with fittings combine a durable polyester webbing sling with robust metal end fittings. They are designed for a wide range of lifting and load-handling operations in industry, mechanical engineering, assembly and transport. HZT Hebe & Zurrtechnik supplies lifting slings with fittings manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 1492-1 in various configurations and dimensions.

Available versions include lifting slings with D-rings at both ends as well as configurations featuring a D-ring and a pass-through fitting. Versions with a C-hook combined with a loop or D-ring are also available on request. This allows the lifting sling to be selected according to the load, application and existing attachment points.

Depending on the configuration, our 2-ply polyester lifting slings are available with working load limits from 1 to 10 tonnes. Different webbing widths allow further adaptation to specific operating requirements. The lifting slings feature a reinforced eye and are manufactured with a safety factor of 7:1.
