Lashing Straps, Tension Belts, and Lashing Chains – General Information
- The HZT load securing range is extensive and versatile.
- Lashing straps are available in widths from 25 mm to 75 mm.
- HZT lashing straps offer a maximum lashing force of up to 20,000 daN.
- Our ratchets are available with a pre-tensioning force (STF) of up to 700 daN.
Customers can choose the design of their HZT lashing strap themselves; even mixing different hooks is no problem for HZT.
Choose the length, your own logo, and your own hardware.
At HZT, quality is a given, including:

- Tested and approved ratchets.

Lashing Chains & Accessories
Lashing chains in grades 8 and 10, available in single- and two-piece versions, with custom lengths – this is standard at HZT. Lashing chains are often used in heavy-duty applications for load securing. Our lashing chains are manufactured and approved according to EN 12195-3.
HZT offers lashing chains in grade 8 up to 13 mm thick and with a maximum lashing force of 10,000 daN. Grade 10 offers chains with a lashing force of up to 16,000 daN.
Lashing Straps and Accessories
Lashing straps are available in single- and double-piece versions, with custom lengths — this is standard at HZT. Lashing straps are commonly used for load securing. Our lashing straps are manufactured and approved in accordance with EN 12195-1.
HZT offers lashing straps in widths up to 75 mm, with a maximum lashing
force of 20,000 daN. HZT ratchets achieve a pre-tensioning force of
up to 700 daN.

DuroLash
Under the name DuroLash, we now offer lashing straps with up to twice the service life.
BSC
Under the name BSC, we now offer ratchets with BELT-SLIP-CONTROL.
With these specially developed ratchets, you can achieve continuous strap release and a controlled reduction of the pre-tension force.
LABEL-PROTECTION
The label (marking) on your lashing straps often doesn’t survive. If the label is torn or becomes illegible, these lashing straps can no longer be used. This is where we come in — with our label protection, we extend the service life of your lashing straps, resulting in significant cost savings. We offer three different types of label protection, even for standard lashing straps!
